Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At Modak Creations, our priority is customer satisfaction. We are committed to delivering high-quality products. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Exchange and Returns

We offer exchanges or returns primarily for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Time Frame: The request must be initiated within 5-7 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Mandatory Proof: A valid proof of purchase (Invoice/Receipt) and an unboxing video (showing the package being opened) are strictly required to process any claim regarding damage or missing items.

2. The Exchange Process

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or a wrong item:

  1. Initiate Request: Contact us at goyalenterprisesfzd@gmail.com or call +91 9412266812 with your Order ID and the reason for the exchange.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request and the unboxing video.

  3. Pickup/Shipping: If approved, we will organize a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your pincode, you will be responsible for shipping the product to our designated address.

  4. Replacement: Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, a replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days, subject to product availability.

3. Refund Policy

Please note that Modak Creations generally operates on an exchange-first basis.

  • Non-Delivery: Refunds will be processed strictly in cases where the product has not been delivered to the customer.

  • Exceptions: In exceptional cases where an exchange is not possible (e.g., out of stock), a return may be processed upon management approval.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note the following exclusions:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or personal dislike of a product if there is no functional defect.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are final sale and are not eligible for exchange unless they are delivered damaged.

  • Failed Inspection: Modak Creations reserves the right to reject an exchange if the returned item does not meet our quality standards (e.g., signs of use, missing tags).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Company Error: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item delivered by us, Modak Creations will bear the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Request: For any other return exceptions approved by management, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
