Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Timeline: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed.

  • Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping Duration

  • Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, please allow 4 to 7 business days for the package to reach your destination, depending on your location.

  • Peak Seasons: During festivals, sale periods, or national holidays, delivery timelines may be slightly extended due to high courier volume.

3. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing:

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal handling fee applies to COD orders. This amount will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your payment.

4. Delivery Coverage

  • Service Area: We ship to almost all pin codes across India.

  • Remote Areas: In the rare event that our courier partners do not service your location, our team will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery method (such as India Post) to ensure you receive your package.

5. Order Tracking

  • Notifications: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via Email and SMS.

  • Tracking: This notification will contain your Tracking ID and a link to monitor the live status of your shipment.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet our delivery targets, Modak Creations is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions.

  • Regional administrative restrictions or lockdowns.

  • Courier partner operational issues or strikes.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please reach out to us so we can escalate the issue with our logistics partner.
